Juvenile Emperor Angel - Thailand, 2006
This little beauty is about 2 inches long and was darting around very fast. The false eye implied with the concentric circles near the tail and the bright color are part of its defense. The adult emperor angel looks nothing like this, but has blue and yellow horizontal stripes. For an adult see Emperor Angelfish
