Gurnard Lionfish - Indonesia, 2010
It took some research to find the name for this fish as it is between two species. I have seen gurnards which have even wider, more impressive pectoral fins and they scoot along the sand as this fish was doing. But his fish has a body like a lionfish. Lionfish have totally different pectoral fins and generally are seen hovering in the water. See Lionfish and Red Whip Corals, Lionfish Approaching and Lionfish in a Fan.
