Cuttlefish in a Soft Coral

Cuttlefish in a Soft Coral - Indonesia, 2009

The cuttlefish is shaping its tentacles in a curve similar to the shape of the soft coral. I have seen cuttlefish move under a bumpy hard coral quickly take on the bumpy texture of the coral as well as the color of the coral. I also saw a tiny cuttlefish on a night dive that used it's tentacles and body shape to suddenly look like a crab and it scurried off sideways mimicking the movement of a crab.
