Zebra Anemone with Shrimp - Fiji, 2002
This whole image is aout 4 to 5 inches across. I have only seen this type of anemone in Fiji. This one was almost completely covered in sand when spotted by a dive master. By fanning away the sand we could see this fascination organism with its stripes and curly tentacles. I did not notice the almost invisible transparent baby shrimp at the time of shooting this image - it was a bonus found as I enlarged the image in printing. See also Anemone Fish in Zebra Anemone.
