"Daisy" Coral and Pink Sponge - Solomon Islands, 2005

What I call Daisy Coral is a soft octocoral, this being one of several similar varieties.

They are very fragile and blow around in the surge. The heads are about 1 inch across. Here they are clustered near a pink encrusted sponge.
